COURSE DESCRIPTION
Contingent workers is a new employment classification sweeping in independent contractors, freelancers, workers provided by staffing agencies, and other non-traditional employees. This program will provide a legal framework for clients to understand the opportunities but also the liability they incur when employing contingent workers.
