Everyone has an intuitive sense of corporate boards of directors - their functions and powers. Transporting those notions to LLC boards of members, however, can lead to problems, overstating and understating their powers. This program will provide you with a guide to how LLC boards of members, the sources of their powers, their functions, and how they can be modified.
