COURSE DESCRIPTION
The pervasiveness of the Web and data collection services has made maintaining any semblance of privacy daunting. Property records and other publicly available files, when combined and overlaid with other types of data, often reveal more than a trust and estate client prefers. This program will provide you with a guide to how information becomes public and how you, as a planner or administrator, can take practical steps to ensure the privacy of client trust and estate matters.
