COURSE DESCRIPTION
Equity investments loans and other transactions are frequently subsequent to financial covenants. If a company breaches one of those covenants an investor or investor group a creditor or other party is vested with certain rights - i.e. economic control or something else. This program will provide you with a guide to reviewing and drafting financial covenants in transactions.
