COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will discuss the common areas in which securities law apply to medium size and smaller businesses. Although these laws are often discussed in the context of major companies that are publicly traded, they apply equally to many of the common transactions of their private counterparts. Among other areas, this program will discuss issues when a company raises new funds or solicits investors.
