COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will examine how a company and its majority stakeholders can buy out, perhaps squeeze out, minority stakeholders in the enterprise. The program will also discuss how planners can anticipate the need to squeeze out minority stakeholders and draft mechanisms to accomplish this in operative documents with the least disruption possible.
