COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will cover major ethical issues when attorneys receive or disburse client money. This program will cover trust fund accounting, pre-payment of expenses, the setoff of unpaid expenses against clients funds obtained in a judgment against a third party, the receipt and charge off of retainers, the disbursement of client property held in trust in estate administration, and much more.
