COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will discuss drafting the purchase and sale of goods agreements, the most common form of commercial agreement, but one whose complex provisions are overlooked as boilerplate. The program will cover quality assurance, delivery and other performance, remedies, and compliance with the UCC.
