This program will provide you with a real-world guide to the law and principles underlying equipment leasing a practical discussion drafting or reviewing equipment leases compliant under UCC Article 2A avoiding re-characterization of a lease as a secured sale and an overview of the increasing practice of securitizing equipment leases and how it impacts the leasing process.
